CANCELLATION POLICY
A 50% deposit is required to book and is non-refundable unless I cancel or cannot complete your service. One reschedule is allowed within 30 days of the original appointment—after that, the deposit is forfeited. Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hrs in advance. The remaining balance is due at the end of your service. Cards, Cash, Cash App, Venmo, and Apple Pay accepted. You have a 15-min grace period; after 20 min late, a $25 fee applies if I can still take you. After 15 min with no contact, you’re considered a no-show and forfeit your deposit. No-shows must pay a $250 reinstatement fee to rebook. Booking an appointment with LoXperience means you agree to these terms.
